Well in this specific case, I say I’m not using it any more because this particular wesen feeds on it.
I use melatonin because I suffer from insomnia. My brain doesn’t release enough melatonin to make me sleep soundly. I prefer melatonin supplements to chemical sleep aids because it’s something my body creates naturally.
