*FERVENTLY HOPES THAT RENARD KEEPS HAVING MEISNER FLASHBACKS AND GUILT FOR EVERYTHING HE’S DONE UNTIL HE BREAKS & FINALLY REALIZES HE’S CROSSED THE LINE AND NEEDS TO FINALLY, FINALLY DO THE RIGHT THING.*
So do I, Nonny! SO DO I! I keep screaming at him that THAT WAS ANOTHER CHANCE AND YOU BLEW IT SEAN. But a part of me is still hoping for redemption because I have loved this character since mid-season one and I cannot imagine him going out as a villain after everything.
But with every chance he throws away, I’m afraid he gets closer to his only redemption being the eleventh-hour kind that ends in his death.
Found this from yesterday. GREENWALT | There’s part of her that was dead, that she had killed, that they had killed. Suddenly it was awakened. And because she’s a Hexenbiest, it had a super effect. So we’ll have to see what happens with the Eve side of her personality and now having all these feelings, which is going to include a lot of guilt. It’ll be complex.
And it has definitely been complex so far! It seems as though Juliette’s emotional connection to her memories and friends is definitely back, but there’s still that layer of control that is Eve there. It seems as though there’s a big part of her that’s afraid to be Juliette again, too, and I’m sure that just adds to the complications.
what really boggles me is that Adalind still has the ring on ???? and Bonaparte is dead ???? but she can’t take it off ????
That bothered me at first, too, but it was explained in the first episode of this season, thankfully!
She didn’t realize Bonaparte was dead until Sean told her about it later, and then she was afraid to take it off because the ring itself was cursed, not just laden with a threat from Bonaparte.
She’s afraid the curse may not be gone just because he is, and wants to make sure nothing will happen to her children before she takes it off and risks their safety.

Hank does not get enough appreciation, just look at this man with his spine of steel and loyalty for his partner shining in his eyes.
Did you see the longing between Nick and Juliette in that episode, even in just that one scene where Nick asks Juliette how she feels? They are both incredibly vulnerable and confused about how they feel and what has happened to them, and if there are some things that can’t be forgiven, and way in the hidden parts of their hearts, that love … They stood so close to each other. They were steps away from physical contact. Both keeping careful distance. Both nervous. Both still very in love.
Yes! I did see it and I’m still emotional about it. And can I just say this ask is so beautifully-stated. It’s exactly what I was seeing while watching them. There’s so much confusion and no time to process any of it, Juliette isn’t sure who she is at the moment or what she is, and Nick is a twisted-up ball of fear and uncertainty and adrenaline and worry and love.
Both of them have to be thinking “too much has happened, too much muddy water under that bridge, too much pain and blame on both sides. Not even worth thinking about, really.”
And yet they gravitate toward each other any time they’re both in a room. They are always aware of each other. They protect and help each other like it’s an inborn instinct. And all that love is just swimming under the surface whenever their eyes meet, along with a question they’re afraid to ask. Case in point:
