Things we know about Grimm powers thanks to s02e01:

– It’s inherited
– Women become aware of their powers earlier than men
– You don’t know if you will have the powers until they hit you
– Even though it’s inherited, not every person in a family will have it

What we know about Nick’s Grimm familiy:

– His Great-Great Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Grandfather, Mother, and Aunt Marie had the powers, but his Uncle George did not
– Nick’s Grandfather started to teach Kelly and Marie about Grimms and Wesen as soon as they exhibited signs of their powers

And that’s the cliffhanger for season one! I’m not going to post what it was, just in case we have some people following along who haven’t seen it yet, but it’s a good one! And means a lot to Nick.

Now, Grimmsters, that’s it for our season one rewatch! I’m taking Friday and Saturday off to regroup and get some real-life things accomplished, but I’ll be back to start season 2 on Sunday (August 9)!

Between now and Sunday I’ll be posting a master post with all the trigger/content warnings for season one, so keep a look out for that!

See all the posts from our 2015 rewatch here.

Until Sunday:

Woge on, Grimmsters!

NO, you don’t have to get her to a hospital. You have to get her to Rosalee. WHY DO THESE PEOPLE INSIST THAT A HUMAN HOSPITAL CAN HELP WITH WESEN/WITCH RELATED ISSUES??? Guess what, buttercup, a regular human hospital cannot help you save your girlfriend from a witch’s brew.
