There are two characters in Grimm that are untouchable: Monroe and Bud.

Hopefully the writers know to never ever permanently maim or murder our beautiful little snowflakes. They are ours and no one is allowed to hurt them. 

Marty’s shop is like a fun house, but Nick isn’t having any fun.

Ok, not making any excuses for Marty’s behavior, but he is taking out bullies and people who are generally considered not very nice. Not that it justifies murder, because it doesn’t, but at least he isn’t taking out perfectly innocent people. Not that I’m justifying it. Because I’m not. But still. 

He burns incense… to cover up the smell of his father’s rotting corpse.

Juliette: Don’t arrest him, he’s just hungry.
Nick: Yeah, well, he’s a rodent, and he should be eating what rodents eat.
Juliette: He isn’t a rodent. We’re all mammals here.
