Don’t kill me but I ship nick and hank.
No killing is happening here! Ship Nick and Hank all you want!
And honestly? I kinda do too. Like I want Silverhardt to sort their stuff out but I’m a multishipper and Griffinhardt is definitely right there in my Top 3. Their relationship is so beautiful in so many ways.
I am the only one who would love see a hot grimm appearing in the show, he fells in love with Trubel, only for our grimm girl have her haply ending too and see Nick a little jealous and overprotective of his best friend ? Mari
I…don’t know that it would make much sense or fit into the dozen episodes we have left, I mean that’s talking about a whole character being introduced and starting a relationship in like half a season, and Nick being jealous would seem…weird.
He’s always treated Trubel kind of like a younger sister, so his being jealous of her new love interest would kind of squick me out a little. And I mean, too, the guy has enough to deal with already without preoccupying himself with who Trubel dates.
Also, I personally have always read Trubel as queer so if a hot Grimm did show up, no reason it has to be a guy. 😉
Did you see the longing between Nick and Juliette in that episode, even in just that one scene where Nick asks Juliette how she feels? They are both incredibly vulnerable and confused about how they feel and what has happened to them, and if there are some things that can’t be forgiven, and way in the hidden parts of their hearts, that love … They stood so close to each other. They were steps away from physical contact. Both keeping careful distance. Both nervous. Both still very in love.
Yes! I did see it and I’m still emotional about it. And can I just say this ask is so beautifully-stated. It’s exactly what I was seeing while watching them. There’s so much confusion and no time to process any of it, Juliette isn’t sure who she is at the moment or what she is, and Nick is a twisted-up ball of fear and uncertainty and adrenaline and worry and love.
Both of them have to be thinking “too much has happened, too much muddy water under that bridge, too much pain and blame on both sides. Not even worth thinking about, really.”
And yet they gravitate toward each other any time they’re both in a room. They are always aware of each other. They protect and help each other like it’s an inborn instinct. And all that love is just swimming under the surface whenever their eyes meet, along with a question they’re afraid to ask. Case in point:

He still has a thing for Juliette. He can’t stop loving that woman! So we’ll have some fun with Nick carrying a secret flame.

That moment when David Giuntoli is the captain of the Silverhardt ship.
So I’m in the UK and can’t catch up on it until tomorrow but I followed your every post tonight and SilverHardt better be end game. I cringe every time he gets lovey with Adalind. I can’t forget everything she’s done.
Me either, friend, me. either. Not only that, I don’t feel the writers have earned this redemption arc they’re trying to push through for her, much less a romance between her and one of the people she’s hurt most…if such a thing could ever be earned at all without sending a hugely toxic message, which it can’t.
That being said, clearly Nick/Adalind is not the only game in town. I mean first off, Nick and Eve are SO protective of each other. The only time Eve showed any emotion last season was around Nick, toward Nick, and in response to the possibility of someone threatening Nick. In the finale last year she basically kicked in doors and fucked shit up from one end of town to the other in order to rescue him, and he in turn rescued her.
(Spoilers for the premiere below the cut)
And he freaks out beyond all proportion when she looks the least bit in distress in this episode. And I mean…Nick is not a super emotional person by any stretch. He’s not single-man-tear macho, but he’s not naturally effusive, either. He doesn’t gasp or exclaim or any number of yummy verbs. He generally puts emotions he finds difficult aside for a later that never arrives.
But when Eve makes a sound of distress and nearly collapses? He yells her name like she’s not right there two feet away and dives to catch her. And the way they look at each other…the way his voice goes all…I don’t even know what…when he asks her how she feels now…
I could write a novel about the ways in which that submarine is rising from the watery depths, but. I think you get the idea, yes?
Eve’s powers are on the fritz and NICK JUST RAN TO CATCH HER OMG MY HEART MY FEELS I CAN’T I CAN’T YOU GUYS IT’S ALL HAPPENING I CANNOT BREATHE.
