The first one that I thought of was Once We Were Gods (Season 3, Episode 15.)
We get so many good interactions this episode!!! My favourites have to be the scene between Alexander and Nick in the car, and the one between Adalind and Meisner in the cabin.

Other episodes that come to mind are:
Last Grimm Standing – This is probably my most watched episode (hell, I wrote a fic inspired by it after I watched it – which can be found on my wattpad). This episode has my favourite Nick and Monroe content (i mean if you don’t fight for you friend’s life are you really a friend?)
Beeware – This is a comfort episode of mine. I really like the mellifers, wish we’d gotten more of them.
Where The Wild Things Were – I am a bitter Juliette/Nick shipper, and I really do like the episode and the closure it gives them.
Stories we Tell our Young – This one has the scene with Nick and Alexander, after he’s been arrested, and that’s one of my favourites. I think about it a lot. The messsage of the episode is good, to.

Season 3, #3: Funeral for an ancient Wesen in 3×15, “Once We Were Gods”
This was one of those episodes where Nick had to make a definite choice between being a Grimm and a cop, and he chose Grimm. It was also one of the rare instances in the show when I didn’t feel at all conflicted about the choice he had to make: the right decision seems obvious, especially when you see this moment at the end.
Everything about this is so poignant and moving. It’s more than just a symbolic gesture; there’s a very real sense of grieving for something that’s been lost, and of paying respect to past generations. It was a beautiful and relatively rare glimpse into the real heart of the Wesen world, and it’s one of my favorite moments in the show.

Did I hear that you guys lost an Egyptian mummy?
Wu, that’s almost exactly what happened.
I love that Alexander is helping them give the Anubis a proper burial.
Nick isn’t an assassin for hire, Mr. Alexander. If you ask him to jump, he will not ask how high.
I’m so glad that Juliette took the time to go visit Wu and help him through everything.
Wesen being praised as Gods makes a lot of sense considering most ancient religions have some Gods and Goddesses that are part animal and part human.
Nick is looking super scruffy in this episode and you know what, I’m ok with that.
