I’m the only one who thinks the worsts seasons of Grimm was season 2, 3(but 3 only gets better when Trubel appears for the first time) and 5(until the stupid Nadalind stuff) ? Mari.

I can’t say I agree…I loved every season of Grimm except maybe the back half of 4, and even that was interesting. I mean the N/a/dalind stuff in 5 was 1000% gross, and I will always feel like the writing decisions made in season 5 killed the show. But even so the season had some really strong episodes, and possibly the best finale they’ve ever done. It had just lost too much of the audience by that point to salvage the ratings.

Season 6 was the weakest season IMO, but then I think it couldn’t help but be weaker because it was slashed in half, episode-wise, and because it was an abrupt final season trying to live up to five years of story build-up. And although I loved it as a season and loved parts of the ending, I don’t really feel like they paid all of that off.

Granted, it’s not as bad as some highly-anticipated endings (nothing will ever be worse than the endings to Lost or HIMYM). And to be honest, the Grimm writers played my heart like a fiddle to the point that I didn’t even notice a lot of the flaws on my first or second viewing of the series finale.

But now that I’m removed from the emotional aspects of it a tiny bit, I can see that it still wasn’t completely worthy of all that came before. So if I had to choose a worst season, it would probably be 5 or 6, despite individual episodes that were fantastic.

Hi, guys ! So, any predictions for the tomorrow’s episode ? I still can’t believe this amazing show will ended it tomorrow !!!! *dies* So, I predict here four endings for our girl Trubel : 1- Trubel ending living with Nick ; 2- Trubel ending living with Monrosalee, helping Rosalee with the babies ; 3- Trubel having a handsome boyfriend(it could be a grimm or a hunter XD) and 4- Trubel being Nick’s new boss at the Portland Police Central Station XD Mari.

Well, I find that last one pretty unlikely but I like the spirit behind it! Those are some good predictions for Trubel. I can totally see her living with other members of Team Grimm and being big sister to the kids. Although I kinda see her with a handsome girlfriend. Maybe another badass Grimm like herself, maybe a human girl…maybe even a Wesen girl! Who knows?

Here are my predictions (and slightly wishful thinking) for the rest of the team:

  • Sean and Adalind will die trying to protect Diana and Kelly.
  • Monroe will be grievously injured but will survive.
  • Rosalee will survive to the end.
  • Nick will fight the last battle alone, without any of his friends to help him, for one reason or another.
  • Nick will sacrifice himself to save them all.
  • There will be some kind of time reset that brings back everyone we lost, except Nick…making Nick the reason they all get to live.
  • Eve will get to live a normal human life.
  • We’ll get to see Diana all grown up, and a preteen or teenage version of Kelly.

Either way, advance reviews and the cast have promised us an emotional roller-coaster and an ending we’ll be happy about…I can’t wait to see it!

Grimm ends next week. Are you admins ready ? Btw, with the ending of the show, what will happens with the blog ? Mari.

Hi Mari! Admin Liz here.

Personally, I don’t think it has set in for me that Grimm is ending. It tends to hit me in waves. It will most likely become real for me next year when it doesn’t come back like I always expect it to. I am never ready for a show (or book or film series…) that I love to end, but I understand that it has to eventually. We’re lucky that we live in an age where we have a plethora of ways to revisit the our favorite things, long after they are gone.

Which sorta brings me to the second part of your ask. Last we talked, we planned on doing our normal, active summer hiatus. We haven’t really decided what we’re going to do after that.

I know it’s a little late to ask this, but who do you guys think will die in the series finale ? I seriously fearing for : Wu, Monroe, Rosalee , Eve and Trubel. Mari.

I know it’s highly unlikely that we’ll manage to get out of this series with every member of Team Grimm intact, but I can’t help but hope. Still…the Grimm writers could surprise us. God knows they’ve done it with every other finale.

As for the people I’m most worried about, my list is a little different: Eve/Juliette, Sean, Wu, Hank, Diana, and…Nick.

Okay, so I haven’t watch the episode yet, but I have my opinions : For Nick’s sake and life, I really hope Monroe never discover that his bff was in love for his wife during the spell ; Nick falling in love for Rosalee is the creepiest thing I’ve ever see in this show ; See Adalind slapping Nick in the face was the best thing I’ve see in my life, made my weekend ; Never stay in the same place as Diana ; NICK AND EVE KISS, OH YEAH ! ; David and Claire : new comedy drama king and queen. Mari.

Well, I honestly don’t think Monroe would hold anything against Nick for this episode, considering a) Nick was under a spell, and b) Monroe also did some wild stuff under that spell. They weren’t responsible for their own actions and I think they all know that this time.

I do wholeheartedly agree that Nick falling for Rosalee was absolutely creepy in the extreme. I think it might have killed whatever Monrosehardt shipping I had left in me, tbh.

That whole scene where everyone is slapping everyone else, Monroe is dipping Eve back all romantic-like, and Nick and Adalind are wailing while Hank is in the background just dancing in his underwear and singing “Let’s Get It On” to his own reflection was the absolute most hilarious scene I’ve ever seen in any show, ever.

My suspicions about the Eve/Nick kiss being all down to the spell were right and I’m sad. BUT it’s key to note that before the spell happened, Eve admitted to Diana that she was sad that she and Nick aren’t in love anymore. Which means there are definitely still feelings there on her side. And we got yet another instance of “Nick drops everything and moves his ass like his pants are on fire when Eve calls for him,” so that was fun. Although that thing with the mirror was YIKES.

Overall, a really weird but also fun episode with a lot of great moments.

Hey, are you still alive after saw the promo of the next episode ? NICKEVE/JULIETTE KISS, DAMN IT *dying inside* !!! Okay, now can I be worry with the ship war in the fandom next friday ? Mari.

Nope. I’m dead as a doornail after that, tbh. I’m also really worried about Nick’s reaction, though, as I talked about more in this response to @teamrebecchi‘s gifset on my personal blog.

The rest of the promo also makes me worry it might not really be something Eve/Juliette is doing of her own free will, because it looks like there’s some kind of magic or Wesenness at play in the next episode affecting people’s emotions and actions.

Which would just be…no. Please no. These characters have had their free will and hearts tampered with enough by magic, circumstance, and destiny.

As for the ship wars, my advice is: don’t worry about it. Steer clear of it if you can, and don’t engage trolls and haters on either side. Just enjoy the next episode–and the six after that–as much as possible. These are the last new episodes we will ever have together as a fandom and we should focus on having fun with them, not on ship war silliness.
